Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled drop-off date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking start may be subject to charges as per our Terms & Conditions.
Once we receive your request, we’ll process it and send confirmation to your email address within 2 business hours.
